U.S. SHIPPING

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

Balmi offers free U.S. economy shipping on orders $75 and up.

Free U.S. economy shipping excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories of the United States – Guam, American Somoa, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Fees

The value will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. This charge is determined by destination. All duties and taxes are non-refundable.

The exact available shipping options will be presented during checkout.

If you select any of these shipping options, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Due to high order volume, order processing may take 4-5 business days, but often ships sooner. This does not include shipping time. Please note once an order has been placed, we cannot update the address, size or styles ordered.

Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your package within 5-15 business days based on location. Please note we do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us after an order is placed. And once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to your international address.

Duties, taxes and other customs fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and your ship to address.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your orders is packed, we will send you an email with your tracking information. For international shipping, time may slightly vary depending on customs. Custom fees are paid by the customer.
If package is returned due to incorrect information such as address or contact information, customer should cover shipping costs to resend the package.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and the receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at balmiusa@gmail.com. If your return meets the conditions, we’ll provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
